your Despatch No. 33 of the 22nd. of last January, 1

have the honour to draw your attention to the fact

that Colonial Regulation No. 310 requires that there

should be 2 or more sureties only in the case of acting

appointments, and that Financial Instruction No. 110

seems to state explicitly that one surety is sufficient.
